● How do I create an account?

To create an account, click the Login tab on our footer menu. You will have the option to create an account using your email address or your Facebook account. Fill the details, check our orders and profile. You can also, update & change your details as per your choice.

● Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most of the places in India. We offer COD as well as Prepaid services for purchases, ensuring ease of access to our customer.

● Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?

Your order can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to send items to several addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

● How do I determine the correct size for me? (Needs to be added)

You can view the sizing details for a product by clicking on the Size Chart link on the product page located xxxxxxxx. This displays the size chart for the product and helps you decide which size fits you best.

● How do I pay for my order at

We support the following payment options at :

● How do I pay with an e-Gift Voucher?

  • Go to and select the items you want to purchase.
  • Once you reach our payment page, entre your “e-voucher” in tab “Discount code” payment option.
  • Enter the code given to you and click on apply.

The e-Voucher amount will be deducted from the payable amount. If the amount of your e-Voucher doesn't cover your order amount, you will be prompted to select an additional payment option.

In case there are conditions mentioned on your voucher do read it before applying it.

● Is there a limit on how many e-Gift Vouchers that can be used per order?

You can only use 1 Gift Voucher code per order/bill.

● Can I modify my delivery address?

No the address cannot be modified. You will have to cancel the order, place a new order with different address. For any further concerns, you need to send an email at share their order number to get the address updated.

● Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

This feature/service is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by contacting us.

● What if the delivered product has minor fitting issues. Is there any option available?

If you shop online we do not provide alterations. We suggest all our customers to check the size chart prior to placing an order to get the right fit.

● Are there any additional charges for COD /Prepaid orders?

We charge a minimal cost of99 for all our orders to be shipped. We provide free shipping if the order value is above1999.

● My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please write back to us immediately on If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account (pls inform your bank in such case). If it reflects in our account we shall process the refund and you shall receive it in 4-6 working days.
